AGREEMENT FOR 1-TO-1 READINGS & HEALING SESSIONS
(Psychic, Mediumship Readings, Spinal Flow Therapy, Intuitive Healing, Past Life Regression)

THIS AGREEMENT is dated and made on 28th July 2025
BETWEEN:
(1) The Guide whose name is Mandeep Kaur (referred to below as “I” or “Me”); and
(2) [Insert name of Client] of [Insert address] (referred to below as “You”)
This agreement sets out the terms on which I, Mandeep Kaur, provide one-to-one healing sessions to clients. These may include past life regression hypnotherapy, Reiki, intuitive healing, or a combination of these modalities. Sessions are booked in blocks of four.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 In this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions have the following meanings:
“Business”
means any business, trade, craft, or profession carried on by You or any other person/organisation;
“Consumer”
means a “consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and in relation to this Agreement means the Client who receives or uses services from Me comprising one or more Sessions for the individual Client’s personal use and for purposes wholly or mainly outside the purposes of any Business;
“Fee”
means the standard charge for each Series of Sessions which at the date of this Agreement is [£Insert amount] including any VAT chargeable;
“I/Me/My”
means the Guide whose name is set out above and whose place of business and contact address is also set out above;
“My Premises”
means the premises at My above address where I provide any Session to You but in Clause 2.17 it means “business premises” as defined in the Regulations;
“Regulations”
“Services”
means The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013;
means one-to-one healing sessions provided by Me, including but not limited to past life regression hypnotherapy, Reiki, intuitive healing, Spinal flow, psychic readings, and mediumship.
“Session”
means any individual healing session including past life regression hypnotherapy, Reiki, intuitive healing, Spinal flow, or a combination of these, depending on what is discussed and agreed with You., session of approximately 90 minutes (or any other period that I agree on any occasion as the length of one or more particular Sessions) that I provide for You in the Subject; and
1.2 Unless the context otherwise requires, each reference in this Agreement to:
1.2.1 “this Agreement” is a reference to this Agreement;
1.2.2 a “Clause or sub-Clause” is a reference to a Clause or sub-Clause of this Agreement; and
1.2.3 the Schedule is to the Schedule to this Agreement and it will form part of this Agreement
1.3 The headings used in this Agreement are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of this Agreement;
1.4 Words signifying the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa; and
1.5 References to any gender shall include the other gender.
2. Booking, Timing and Cancellation of Sessions, and Consumer Rights
2.1 Any time/date slot for a Session is subject to availability. I will advise You of any date/time that is available but I will not reserve or guarantee that particular time/date slot unless and until it becomes a firm booking as follows.
2.2 If You ask to book a Session or series of Sessions for any particular date/time slot/s, Your request will be Your offer to book that particular date/time. Whether I accept any requested booking will be in My discretion. My confirmation of Your requested booking will be my acceptance of it but it will only become a firm booking if and when it becomes a binding contract in accordance with sub-Clause 2.3 below.
2.3 If and when I accept (by phone, text message, direct message, email letter) Your offer to book a particular Session or series of Sessions and You pay for it/them, there will from the date of payment (but not any sooner) be a binding contract between You and Me for the Session concerned, except as follows.
2.4 If I specifically agree in the case of any one or more particular Sessions to be booked that You may pay for each such particular Session at the beginning of the Session rather than paying for it at the time I accept a booking for it, there will be a binding contract for it from the time that I accept Your offer to book it.
2.5 Sessions are booked in blocks of four. Each block of sessions is to be used within 8 weeks of purchase, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions are typically booked weekly or fortnightly, based on mutual availability and your needs.
2.6 You may purchase and book further blocks of four sessions at any time, before or after completing a previous block.
2.7 If you pay for a block of four sessions but do not schedule all the sessions within the 8-week period from the date of purchase, you will forfeit any unused sessions unless I have expressly agreed to an extension in advance. I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred times within that window.
2.8 When You book any Sessions and pay Me in advance for them, I will be entitled to keep some or all of that payment as set out in sub-Clauses 2.10 or 2.11 below if You later cancel any such Session/s without giving Me such prior notice as is required by this Agreement to be given, as explained in the following paragraphs of this Clause 2.
2.9 If You arrive at My Premises for any Session later than its scheduled start time I will not extend the length of it beyond its scheduled finishing time unless I specifically agree to do so at the time when I or You arrive.
2.10 If you are more than 5 minutes late to a session, I may need to treat it as missed in order to stay on schedule with other clients. I’ll always try to accommodate where possible, but I may not be able to extend or reschedule without charge.
2.11 If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
2.12 Where less than 24 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend the session, the full fee will still apply.
2.13 I may cancel a booked Session at any time before its time/date slot in the following circumstances:
2.13.1 I am not available to provide that Session for You at My Premises on the date and at the time concerned; or
2.13.2 An event described in sub-Clause 8 below occurs and continues for more than 14 days;
2.13.3 I find that You are not a “Consumer” (as defined in Clause 1 above); or
2.13.4 I find that You are not aged 18 or over.
2.13.5 If you are more than 5 minutes late, I may need to treat the session as missed to stay on time with other clients. I’ll always try to accommodate where possible, but late arrivals may not be extended or refunded.
If I cancel a Session in such circumstances either I will refund to You in full the payment that You have made to Me for that Session or, if when I cancel You ask to rebook for a later substitute Session and in My discretion I decide to accept that requested substitute booking, I will instead keep the Fee as payment for the substitute Session.
2.14 I will use all reasonable endeavours to start each Session at its scheduled start time, but the start may be delayed by overrun of a previous Session or by other circumstances. If a delay to the start is at least 20 minutes, or, if at any time before or after You arrive for a Session I notify You that there will be a delay of at least that time, You may cancel the Session and I will refund to You in full the Fee paid for that Session unless I agree to any request from You to rebook that Session for another time/date in which case I will instead keep the Fee as payment for the rebooked Session.
2.15 I may immediately terminate a Session if Your conduct is in My reasonable opinion unacceptable, or if it amounts to Your breach of this Agreement. You will not be entitled to any refund for a Session started but not completed in such a case. If at that time further Sessions booked and paid for have yet to be taken, I may cancel any or all of them at the time of terminating the Session or within 48 hours after that termination,and in that case I will refund You the Fees for the remaining number of booked Sessions in the series which I cancel.
2.16 Where the contract I make with You is not made on My Premises, the Regulations give You the rights set out in this sub-Clause 2.16, and they will be in addition to the rights given to You by the above provisions of this Clause 2. You may for any reason cancel a booked Session during the 14 day period after I accept a booking for it, but if the booking includes any Session on a date which is before the end of that 14 day period, and if You have expressly requested Me to provide any such Session in that 14 day period and I do so, You may not cancel that requested Session and You must pay for it in accordance with Clause 3, and You may only cancel any other Session(s) covered by that booking. If You request that a booking be cancelled, You mustconfirm this in any way convenient to You. If You cancel as allowed by this Sub-Clause 2.16, and You have already made any payment(s) to Me for the booking, I will refund the payment(s) to You within 14 days of receiving Your cancellation less the amount due for the Session(s) that I have provided that is covered by that booking.
3. Fees and Payment
3.1 Payment for a block of sessions is due in full at the time of booking the first session, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.
3.2 If payment is not received within 48 hours of booking, the requested session slot may be released to another client.
3.3 The amount of standard Fee is subject to change from time to time but I will try to give You as much prior notice as possible of any such changes, and in any event not less than 4 weeks’ notice. Any increase will only apply to bookings made after I notify You of the increase; it will not apply to any Sessions previously booked and paid for.
3.4 You may pay Me for Sessions using any of the following methods:
3.4.1 Cash
3.4.2 Credit/ Debit Card;
3.4.3 Electronic Bank Transfer
3.4.4 PayPal transfer
3.4.5 My website www.uniquepsychic.com
3.5 All prices of Sessions set out in this Agreement or notified to You from time to time are where applicable inclusiveof VAT that is chargeable on amounts payable for Sessions.
3.6 From time to time, a session may naturally extend beyond its scheduled duration. Where this occurs and is agreed at the time, additional time will be charged either at £3 per additional minute or in additional blocks of 15, 30 or 60 minutes as appropriate. I will confirm the applicable rate during the session and payment will be due immediately after.
3.7 A same-day booking charge of £10 applies to any service booked and delivered on the same calendar day. This covers preparation and availability costs.
4. Eligibility to Require Provision of Sessions under this Agreement
4.1 I offer sessions to clients aged 18 and over, and also to young people aged 13 to 17 with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4.2 For clients under the age of 18, I require a parent or guardian to:
· Complete and sign a consent form prior to the first session.
· Be available for initial discussion, if needed.
· Be informed of general wellbeing and safeguarding matters (unless the young person requests confidentiality and it is safe and appropriate to maintain it).
4.3 I reserve the right to decline or discontinue sessions with a young person if I believe it is not in their best interest to continue, or if appropriate safeguarding arrangements cannot be maintained.
4.4 By signing this agreement, you confirm either that you are aged 18 or over, or that you are the parent/guardian of a minor receiving the sessions and you give your informed consent.
5. Miscellaneous
The following, amongst other matters are dealt with in the Schedule:
5.1 My commitment, total Session time needed, and maximum Session time on any day/in any week;
5.2 Attendance;
5.3 Punctuality;
5.4 Provision of items by You or Me;
5.5 Tasks for You to carry out between Sessions; and
5.6 Records.
6. Health and Safety and Professional References
6.1 I will not be responsible for care or safety of any minor at My Premises.
6.2 In the interests of Your well-being, You must inform Me before You attend any Session of any medical or other condition affecting You which might be or become relevant in relation to that Session.
6.3 If You do not tell Me before a Session of anything referred to in sub-Clause 6.2 that I then discover, I may, acting reasonably, decide not to provide that or the remainder of that Session or any other Sessions booked and to treat any such Sessions as cancelled by You without notice, in which case I may make a charge to You for that cancelled Session (or part of it) and sub-Clause 2.12 above will then apply.
7. Rules
7.1 I do not permit You to:
7.1.1 Smoke anywhere on My Premises;
7.1.2 Be accompanied at My Premises by any child; or
7.1.3 Bring any animals into My Premises with the exception of a guide dog. If You require the use of a guide dog, You should inform Me of that before You sign this Agreement;
7.2 You must not have any electronic device in a Session except as I agree may be used in or after that Session, e.g. a recording device usedspecifically to record a Session or part of it.
7.3 You must not make any copies of any books or other materials that are used in or in connection with any Session unless I agree in writing to copying of any specific book or materials (or part/s thereof) produced by me.
7.4 I reserve the right to end a session or withdraw future bookings if any of the session guidelines are not followed, but I’ll always do my best to handle things with understanding and open communication..
8. Events Beyond My Reasonable Control
8.1 Iwill not be liable for any failure or delay in performing My obligations under this Agreement resulting from any cause beyond My reasonable control, including illness, lack of available facilities, non-performance by suppliers, any law or any action taken by a government or public authority, act of god, or any other similar or dissimilar event or circumstance that is beyond My control.
8.2 If any event described under sub-Clause 8.1 occurs that is likely to adversely affect My performance of any obligations under the contract, I will try to inform You as soon as is reasonably possible, My obligations will be suspended and any time limits that I am bound by will be extended accordingly. I will inform You when that event is over and provide details of any new dates, times or availability of Sessions as necessary. You may, without liability to Me, cancel any Session(s) which do not take place due to that event, and I will refund in full the Fees that You have paid to Me for the cancelled Session(s).
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1 I will be responsible for any foreseeable loss or damage that You may suffer as a result of My breach of this Agreement or as a result of My negligence. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of My breach or negligence or if it is contemplated by You and Me when My contract with You is created. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
9.2 I provide all Sessions only for Your personal and private use/purposes. I will not be liable to You for any loss of profit, loss of business, interruption to business or for any loss of business opportunity.
9.3 Whilst I will use My best endeavours to ensure that You make satisfactory progress, results will depend on various factors, including, without limitation, number and frequency of Sessions, whether or not you adequately attempt or complete any tasks that I ask you to carry out before or after a Session, Your aptitude, attitude, previous experience, and existing knowledge and skills. Satisfactory progress cannot be guaranteed, and I make no warranty or representation that any particular result will be brought about as a result of You taking part in any Session(s).
9.4 My services are holistic and energetic in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological advice. Please consult a licensed professional if you are dealing with a condition that requires medical or psychological treatment. The results of energy work are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
9.5 If You bring any personal belongings on to My Premises, I do not undertake to keep them safe or provide any storage place for them. Their loss or damage will be at Your own risk except where such loss or damage is due to any deliberate or negligent act by Me. I will not be responsible for any loss or damage to Your personal belongings caused by any other student, guest or visitor to My Premises even where You leave or store them in any place at My premises that I suggest or ask You to use. I therefore advise You not to bring any valuable belongings to My Premises.
9.6 My services are intended to support your overall wellbeing and spiritual exploration. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are receiving medical care, please consult your practitioner before beginning sessions.
9.7 Psychic and mediumship readings are intended for personal insight and spiritual guidance. They are not guaranteed to be accurate or predictive of future events. Readings are subjective and based on the energy available at the time. Outcomes may vary, and no particular result can be promised.
9.8 Mediumship sessions rely on spirit communication, which cannot be forced. While I always aim to bring through loving and relevant messages, there is no guarantee that a specific person in spirit will come through, or that a strong connection will be made in every session. Some clients may find it harder to connect energetically, which can impact the flow of the session. While this is uncommon, it is a natural part of the process and not a reflection on the client or practitioner.
9.9 Nothing in this Agreement is intended to or will exclude or limit My liability for death or personal injury caused by My negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9.10 Furthermore, if You are a “consumer” as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, or You are a consumer for the purposes of any other consumer protection legislation, nothing in this Agreement is intended to or will exclude, limit, prejudice, or otherwise affect any of My duties or obligations to You, or Your rights or remedies, or My liability to You, under:
9.10.1 the Consumer Rights Act 2015;
9.10.2 the Regulations;
9.10.3. the Consumer Protection Act 1987; or
9.10.4 any other consumer protection legislation,
as that legislation is amended from time to time.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions of this Agreement
I may from time to time change any terms and conditions of this Agreement without giving You notice, but I will use Myreasonable endeavours to inform You as soon as is reasonably possible of any such change.
11. How I Use Your Personal Information (Data Protection)
I will only use Your personal information as set out in My Privacy Notice available from Me upon request.
12. Regulations
I am required by the Regulations to ensure that certain information is given or made available to You as a Consumer before I make My contract with You (i.e. before I make a booking) except where that information is already apparent from the context of the transaction. I have included the information itself either in this Agreement for You to see now, or I will make it available to You before I accept Your request to make a booking. All of that information will, as required by the Regulations, be part of the terms of My contract with You as a Consumer.
13. Information
As required by the Regulations:
13.1 all of the information described in Clause 12; and
13.2 any other information which I give to You about any Sessions or Me and My business which You take into account when deciding to make a booking or when making any other decision about Sessions,
will be part of the terms of My contract with You as a Consumer.
14. Complaints
I always welcome feedback from You and, whilst I always use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that Your experience and Your experience as My client is a positive one, I nevertheless want to hear from You if You have any cause for complaint. If You have any complaint about any Session/s or any other complaint about Me, please raise the matter with Me by speaking to me at My Premises or by contacting me via the details you used when booking.
15. No Waiver
No failure or delay by Me or You in exercising any rights under this Agreement means that I or You have waived that right, and no waiver by Me or You of a breach of any provision of this Agreement means that I or You will waive any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
16. Severance
If any provision of this Agreement is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of this Agreement and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
17. Law and Jurisdiction
17.1 The Agreement, and the relationship between You and Me (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England & Wales.
17.2 As a consumer, You will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law in your country of residence. Nothing in Sub-Clause 17.1 above takes away or reduces Your rights as a consumer to rely on those provisions.
17.3 Any dispute, controversy, proceedings or claim between You and Me relating to the Agreement, or the relationship between You and Me (whether contractual or otherwise) shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, as determined by Your residency.
SCHEDULE
Sessions
This agreement covers one-to-one healing sessions provided by Mandeep Kaur, which may include the following modalities:
· Past Life Regression Hypnotherapy: Guided meditation to explore past lives, aiming to understand and release recurring patterns.
· Reiki and Intuitive Healing: Energy healing sessions that balance chakras and promote emotional well-being.
· Spinal Flow Technique: A gentle touch therapy focusing on the nervous system to release blockages and restore energy flow.
· Lemurian Reiki Crystal Sound Healing: A modality combining Reiki, crystal healing, sound therapy, and oracle card readings.
· Cord Cutting and Releasing Toxic Attachments: An add-on service aimed at severing negative energetic ties.
• Psychic Reading and Mediumship: This looks into Past, present and future events as well as the spirit connections.
Each session is tailored to the client's needs and may incorporate one or more of the above modalities. Sessions are typically 90 minutes in duration, unless otherwise specified.
You are encouraged to discuss your specific goals and preferences with Me to determine the most suitable combination of therapies.
Sessions will last approximately 90 minutes and are provided in blocks of four, to be used within 8 weeks from the date of the first booked session unless otherwise agreed.
Miscellaneous (See Clause 5
My commitment, total Session time needed and maximum Session time on any day/in any week:
I agree to conduct Sessions with You at the agreed times and days. It is not possible to determine at the outset how many Sessions You will require but, in order to get the balance right for You, I will try to be as flexible as possible as to how many Sessions You will need but I will not agree in any event to provide more than 2 hours of Sessions on any day or more than 4 hours of Sessions in any single week.
Attendance: If You are not available for a booked Session for any reason it is Your not My responsibility to make up the missed Session and to book a substitute Session with Me.
Punctuality: I expect You to arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of the Session to ensure that You are ready to start on time.
I ask that you arrive centred and ready to begin, and leave time afterwards to rest and integrate. Please avoid using alcohol or recreational substances before a session. If you need to process what comes up, I may recommend journaling, grounding techniques, or additional support. Your healing journey is held in complete confidentiality unless I am legally required to disclose information.
Healing sessions work best when entered into with openness, trust, and intention. While I hold space for your healing and guidance, the outcomes will also depend on your willingness to explore, release and receive. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge your role in your own healing journey.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this Agreement has been duly executed the day and year first before written
By proceeding to book a session, you are agreeing to the terms of this Agreement. You do not need to sign this Agreement for it to be binding - your booking acts as acceptance
